What is an adult family care home? +
An adult family care home is a licensed, family-style residence in Florida where the caregiver lives on-site and provides room, board, and personal care for a small number of seniors, no more than five. It offers the warmth of a real home instead of a large institution, which is why so many families prefer it.
Is Grace Touch Home Care licensed? +
Yes. We are a licensed adult family-care home, AHCA license number 6906776, regulated by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. We publish it here so you can verify it with the state before you ever call us.
What kind of care do you provide? +
We help with everyday living: bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders and assistance with self-administration, home-cooked meals, housekeeping, laundry, and companionship. We care for seniors who are independently mobile and looking for warm, supportive care in a home setting. We do not provide dementia/memory care or full mobility-transfer assistance.
What's included in the monthly cost? +
A private room, all meals and snacks, personal care, medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, and daily companionship are included. Because every person's needs are a little different, please call us for current availability and pricing for your loved one.
How many seniors live in the home? +
Our home is licensed for four residents. That is the whole point. Four means more attention, familiar faces every day, and a genuine family feel that larger facilities simply cannot match.

We serve families in Palm Coast and throughout Flagler County, including Flagler Beach, Bunnell, and nearby Ormond Beach.
